Solmaz's classes emphasize alignment, mindfulness, and finding the appropriate posture for each individual body. She encourages her students to learn how to practice the poses safely, how to hold the poses to build and improve strength, flexibility and concentration.
Miguel came into yoga by accident. He started practicing yoga as physical therapy to recover from injury and develop new strength, balance and flexibility for other sports and activities in his life. What began as physical routine in 2006 has transformed into daily meditation for well-being and happiness. His classes develop mindfulness of body and breath using simple poses and concentration techniques to build a robust and relaxing practice. Modifications are offered to provide the appropriate level of challenge and support to meet individual needs. In his teaching, Miguel aims to help others achieve their goals and find inspiration for new ones, all while expanding self-awareness and practicing peace, harmony and love.
Anna aims to bring a sense of discipline, focus and playfulness into her classes. She is certified in Flow, Power, and Hatha yoga. In her free time, Anna likes to study languages, spend time outdoors, and figure skate. She enjoys the physical challenge of yoga and uses it to complement her figure skating training.

An avid athlete and outdoorsman, Peter's first experience with yoga came in 2010. He was drawn to the increased strength, flexibility, concentration and awareness that a dedicated yoga practice offers. For him, yoga is a way of staying grounded and balanced. His teaching style is down to earth and slow-paced, with an emphasis on relaxation and mindfulness.
